Condo is very comfortable and clean. Scott responds quickly to any questions. Would definitely stay here again

The apartment was nice and clean. It was exactly as described in the listing. The bathrooms were well stocked with towels and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook several large meals. The couch and beds were the most comfortable I have ever experienced. We had a great holiday and loved staying here. We plan to return next year if it's available!

Great apartment, spacious and super clean. Sofa and beds were comfortable. The location was perfect. Parking was extremely tight and additional spaces are limited but that wouldn't put us off booking 1402 again! Other family members also booked with Tropic Winds but their unit was not nearly as good.

We enjoyed this apartment. Great location, well furnished and good quality kitchen and bathroom items. Responsive owner/manager. However, parking was a challenge. The dedicated parking space for this unit is at the end of the row next to a wall. When other positions were filled it was very difficult to get our truck on site; A smaller car works well. There is some open parking across the street, but spaces are limited and fill up quickly. My only other "downside" would be that the mattresses are way too soft, way more than to our liking.

This is one of the nicest and cleanest condos we have ever stayed in. The location is great too. Scott is easy to deal with and very organized. Would happily stay here again.

My husband and I stay in a different PCB apartment every year but after 5 minutes in this apartment my husband said this will be our vacation spot now! The apartment is absolutely wonderful. It was so clean and beautifully decorated. The building is smaller than most that we like. Short waits for an elevator and the beach was not crowded. Quick and easy communication with the owner. We love having a designated, covered parking space, but as with all garages, spaces are tight so parking our large truck was a challenge. We'll be driving in my car next time because it's definitely not stopping us from booking again!

We were in PC Beach for the Seabreeze Jazz Festival and some R&R. Owners provide everything you need. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need if you prefer to cook your own meals instead of eating out. Wonderful stay!

The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. Building and beach are beautiful. The beach was quieter than others around us due to the smaller size of the building and houses on either side. Two young men who run the chair rentals were very nice and friendly. Good that two chairs are included in the rent. Additional chairs were $50 per day for two people. Expensive but nice to have! The apartment had the basics for cooking but was definitely lacking in most apartments I've stayed in. The car was damaged by condo chairs that were not properly repaired during an overnight thunderstorm which was frustrating and expensive! Overall I would recommend this apartment.

The apartment was clean and beautiful with a perfect sea view and everything we needed. Scott was great to work with and when we had a problem with the internet on arrival he quickly got someone to fix it. The chairs and umbrella provided were a wonderful addition. It was an easy drive to Rosemary Beach for shopping and restaurants. Definitely recommend!

Condo is as shown in the photos. It's very clean. No sand on tiles and carpet in rooms was clean. The kitchen was well equipped with lots of crockery and cutlery. There was also a good supply of good quality towels. The building was well maintained and everyone we encountered was nice. Owner communication was great. I had a small problem at check-in which I attempted to resolve with a phone call. My only wish was that the beds were firmer. They look high quality, but too soft for our personal taste. Living room and kitchen area are nice. Large flat screen TVs and high speed WiFi. Bottom line yes, we would stay here again.

The description and photos do not do justice to this property. We stay on the Gulf Coast frequently and hope to stay here again. Very close to a quiet part of the beach. A newer hotel with great parking. The unit was wonderful - great kitchen for meal prep, furnished with quality, comfortable furniture (I loved that big sofa!) and very clean. The view from the balcony was stunning - we loved sitting there and watching dolphins. Ideal for our family of 4 teenagers. This really went beyond a perfect place to stay. Scott and Leigh were great to work with - very responsive and friendly. You won't find a better VRBO...

The room had everything you need to cook and prepare your own meals. There was plenty of space (felt overcrowded) for 4 adults and 2 children. The view was amazing, friendly and helpful staff. The pool was big and the area always clean. I loved that the beach was right there and the neighborhood was nice. Close to so many things, food, shopping and fun. We'll be back in the same place. Our girls loved it.

We had lots of fun! This apartment was perfect for our family - lots of space, a huge table and a couch. Great communication from property management! We would definitely stay here again.

My only negative comment is that there was a no smoking policy on the entire premises. I can understand the smoking ban in the residential units, but the smoking ban on the beach was difficult to understand. The owner was very attentive and nice.

We had a great time at Tropic Winds 1402. The hotel was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and we loved the gulf view. We love watching the dolphins and pelicans. We could have stayed another week.

This property was very well maintained and our unit was perfect for our family of 5. The large porch was so nice for family dinners and separating our 3 kids during virtual school days. The apartment was well furnished and very clean. The complex wasn't busy so we never had to wait for the elevator. We never heard any noise from other units, not even on the balcony. Covered parking was conveniently located at the beach access which meant we didn't have to lug beach gear into the condo day in and day out. We could put it in the back of the minivan for the next day. The kids also enjoyed the pool area. We would have used the gas grills but there were no proper BBQ utensils in the condo. Not a big deal but we used the very large slow cooker to cook some meals as soon as we got back from the beach as the sun went down as sun sets at 6pm in mid-October. Overall it was a great place to stay cheaply for shopping and dining and we would stay again. We also loved that there was a buffer of smaller buildings on either side, making the beach less crowded.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The apartment is beautiful and the view is amazing! The property manager was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had!

The apartment was amazing. Visibility and noise were excellent. We saw porpoises and sea turtles on our balcony. The sunset was incredible. This vacation was everything I wanted. esther was a great host. Restaurants and grocery stores were nearby.

Let me start with this condo and the property manager far exceeded my expectations. It was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and was a real home away from home. From the cozy sofa, the comfortable beds; I would recommend this apartment 100 times. Esther met us at check-in and also chatted up a few times during the week with updates as things went on. She really made our stay worry free. My only complaint was the designated parking space we had. It was a little difficult to get on and off as it was against the wall and it was super difficult to get on and off. I wouldn't even try to park our rental SUV myself as it made me super nervous. Overall the apartment, Esther, the property and the location were fantastic. We would definitely book this apartment if we return to the area! !

The apartment itself was really nice and the view was beautiful. It exceeded our expectations. It's close to everything you need. The reserved loungers and umbrellas were a great added bonus! I was also impressed by the low noise level. I didn't hear anyone from the surrounding condos even while we were on the porch. Esther herself is fantastic. She was very helpful and attentive. If we needed anything she was happy to help or answer any questions we had. I would book with her again and again! The only criticism is the reserved parking space in the underground car park. It's at the end and a very small parking lot. We had a van and it was extremely difficult to get in and out. The pool door on the condo leads to the car park and someone actually knocked on our rental door when we tried to get out. It's not Esther's fault but I believe the apartment needs to eliminate that space and create a safer and easier to park space. Otherwise we had a fantastic trip and we hated leaving! I would highly recommend Trade Winds condos to anyone looking for a nice and enjoyable vacation. Esther made everything so easy and even provided us with a preferred type of coffee maker! This was our second time at Esthers Escapes. This place did not disappoint! The incredible view, amenities were exactly as advertised, beds beautifully decorated and so comfortable! Esther always made sure we had what we needed and we were happy with everything. We couldn't have asked for more (except LONGER holidays!) :) We hope to make this a tradition!

This was the best apartment! It was close to the beach and the reserved parking space was amazing! Everything super convenient! We love the big comfy couch! All the appliances were super nice and the balcony was a great size! I can't say enough about Esther ❤️ she is a gem! When we were on the beach one night the electricity was flickering and we noticed the air was not working around 10pm. I texted Esther and she called the handyman upstairs and we were fine straight away! Elevators were fast and hardly had a wait even in July! Very close to the Pierpark! Thanks again to Esther and the owners for providing such a great apartment at an affordable price! Love from Roanoke, AL❤️

Overall the apartment was great, expect the beds and parking was terrible with a large vehicle. It's not a big pool. Too small for the complex.

This apartment is the nicest and cleanest apartment we have ever stayed in! It is beautifully decorated and has little touches that set it apart from the rest. Esther is a delight to deal with and responded very quickly! I loved everything about our stay!

The place was peaceful and well decorated. The apartment was quiet and the view was to die for. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained and parking was great too. Access to the beach is fantastic and my elderly mother was able to walk to and from the sea due to the proximity. The only thing I would recommend is to bring your own beach towels. I didn't bring any so I'm writing it down just to warn you. I decided against it as I was flying and staying in other condos they provided. Overall Esther was fantastic to work with and she came late at night and replaced our coffee maker for us within 15 minutes of my request. Great place to stay and I highly recommend it. Again the furniture was fantastic and the owner/decorator obviously has wonderful taste.

My experience there with my friends was absolutely delightful! Esther made my experience there the best in all the years I've vacationed there in April! She makes my visit to Panama City the best experience!

We stayed at this condo for the 2018 Thunder Beach Bicycle Rally in May. Fabulous place. The owner Esther is wonderful and very helpful in making sure you enjoy your stay. The property is beautiful with a great pool and hot tub area. But the device itself is AMAZING. Very spacious and comfortable beds, everything you need for a great stay. I will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay! Our apartment was everything we imagined and more. The only thing that didn't bother us too much was parking. We had two vehicles and our second vehicle had to park across the street even though there was plenty of open parking in the driveway

The property is very good. Great location - not super crowded and close to Pier Park. The unit we stayed in was very nice, updated and very cute. The balcony is huge with amazing views. We were very impressed and it was wonderful to work with Esther. I recommend using Esther Escapes to stay on the board. We will definitely choose them again.

I rented 2 apartments this week and both were so much more than I expected. They were clean clean clean with an amazing view, beds where was the best spot for all of us, all the games and lots of rafts and beach toys, we loved it and will be back. Then the best part was Esther, she is one of a kind, so caring and helpful. I will not rent these condos from anyone but Esther.

We had a great time in this amazing apartment. We saw stingrays every day from the huge balcony. Esther was amazing and really cared about making our stay great. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. We will come back in any case.
